For the first time in Assam, the Education Department of Assam on Wednesday Started online mutual transfer of 8550 assistant teachers both regular and contractual of elementary education.

SSA Assam Mutual Transfer Process:

Before you start filling your mutual transfer application some important information you must have:
  1. Own 13 - digit Teacher Code ( as per HRMIS).
  2. Own valid personal mobile no in HRMIS web portal.
  3. Own personal valid e-mail ID in HRMIS web portal.
  4. 11 - Digit school code of the other teacher with whom he/she intends to have the mutual transfer.
  5. 13 - Digit teacher code of the other teacher with whom he/she intends to have the mutual transfer.
  6. The other teacher must have also valid personal mobile number in HRMIS web portal.
  7. Teacher must ensure whether his/her post status(Regular - 1/ Contractual 2/Contractual(State Pool)- 5 is correct in HRMIS.
  8. Both applicants must have same language -1 as per TET mark sheet cum certificate.

  2. Then you have to register your 13 digit teacher code.
  3. Then they will send a password to your registered mobile no.

Now you can apply for the mutual transfer. Before start filling application contact the teacher with whom you are going to do the mutual transfer.

If you are the 1st applicant i.e. if you are going to send the application to the other teacher who is the 2nd applicant.

Steps for the 1st application:
  1. At first, the teacher has to go throw the official website of SSA Assam.
  2. Enter your 13 digit teacher code.
  3. Enter your password which sent to your registered mobile no.
  4. Click on login button.
  5. Click on the any of the options which you belong.
  6. You will be redirected to the dashboard. Then click on the first option.
  7. Then there will appear an application form.
  8. Fill the application with appropriate information.
  9. Submit the application. ( you can edit application in preview page)
  10. Then you can log out or not.

Steps for 2nd Applicant:
  1. At first, the teacher has to go throw the official website of SSA Assam.
  2. Enter your 13 digit teacher code.
  3. Enter your password which sent to your registered mobile no.
  4. Click on login button.
  5. You will get the notification sent by the 1st applicant.
  6. Click on accept button.
  7. After clicking accept button you will get the notification to select the language and accept the application.

Most of the candidates are worried about NIOS Deled Study centers. Their study centers are too far from their school and their home.

So it's so sad for them to study the D. El.  Ed course peacefully.

Thus, candidates who wish to modify their study center place needs to contact the NIOS State Coordinator of their state.  You need to provide a legitimate reason for changing the study center.

The intention of the centers is to organize the workshop and submitting the Assignment. 

The PCP program is organized state wise and held on Saturday & Sunday.  If your study center is over 40 KM away from the Block, you can send an email.  Contact the State Coordinator and State Nodal Officer and ask them to alter the research center area.
